Face your fears
I have a magnet on my fridge that says:
“Do one thing every day that scares you!”
I may not get a chance to do that every single day but I do try to scare myself as often as possible. Facing your fears makes you know that you are alive. Being safe is fine but don’t be so safe that you don’t enjoy your life. No matter what you believe you have to admit that there’s every chance that you only get one shot at life – so you may as well have fun while you’re here.
What have you done lately to scare yourself?

It’s not exactly something that I did to scare myself, it’s more like something that I kept puttin off for sometime because it makes me uncomfortable.
I talked to my dad and spent some time with him lately. I thought it was goint to be uncomfortable, but it felt surprisingly good. I’m glad I did it anyway.
I used a similar exercise, it’s more about doing things that I don’t like and still should be done. I think it’s healthy.
Love the idea of your post

darkeve, thank you for your input. Doing things that you are uncomfortable about but that need doing can only make you a stronger person. I believe that we all want to constantly improve and this is a way in which we all can do just that.
