“But I don’t know how” is one of the poorest excuses in the world.

Worse still is “I’ve never been good at that” (whatever that is is unimportant).

I have an idea! If you know you’re not good at something why not try to improve yourself?! Now there’s a novel thought.

Can’t type? Get yourself a typing program and teach yourself.

Can’t spell? Get a tutor, or read more, or buy a dictionary.

Can’t add? Throw away your calculator and start to use your grey matter.

Neglecting to complete tasks or take on challenging roles because you don’t know how to do something is one of the greatest limits that you can impose upon yourself. There are already enough limitations in this world. Why add more? Why would you knowingly do it to yourself?

Try something new. Think outside the square that you live in. Be proactive. Listen to audio books, read, join clubs. Never stop improving!
