If you know that being stressed out is not natural, you’ve come to the right site.
If you want to succeed without going crazy, you’re in the right place.
It’s simple:
- You must understand what makes you ‘tick’

How to simplify everything
First, you have to define what you want in life. Then you have to put workable plans in place to go and get it.
Importantly, you must understand the obstacles that exists and how to avoid or overcome them.
I’ll chunk the process down into manageable and actionable steps including examples and case studies.

You want details?
I started my first business when I was 11 years old, mowing lawns in my local area. They were good times. I was helping people by doing something they didn’t want to do and I was making some decent pocket money by doing it. Win-win!
Fast forward 25 years and I’m now getting the hang of running businesses. I own a few now including: Firebrand Fitness, The Business Jolt and my personal business coaching service. I’ve also got some other ventures in the works.
Of course, it wasn’t always like this. I did make the mistake of going to uni and then finding a “real” job. That misadventure lasted about 5 years before I worked out that I was unemployable.
These days, I’m sharing what I’ve learned about running businesses and how they impact your life and everything else.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is best captured in the timeless words of Albert Einstein:
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.
